1. General

Foxly Passport Photo Ltd ("we", "our" or "us") provides professional passport photo processing services. Users submit their photo for compliance checks and we deliver the processed photo via email worldwide. Physical prints are delivered by post only within the United Kingdom and Ireland. Users outside the UK and Ireland may only access digital delivery services.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or a parent / legal guardian submitting photos of a child. Users uploading photos of children must have the authority to do so.

3. Service Description

• Users submit photographs according to country and passport requirements.
• Photos are processed for compliance and delivered digitally via email worldwide within 24 hours of submission.
• Optional physical prints are delivered via mail within the UK and Ireland only, typically within 3–5 business days.
• We do not provide downloadable content inside the app itself; all delivery is external.
• Before delivery, photos are checked to ensure they meet official passport requirements.

4. Payments

• All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• For optional printed orders, additional delivery fees may apply.

5. Order Processing

Once payment has been successfully completed, your submitted photograph will be reviewed, adjusted and formatted according to the selected country and document requirements before delivery by email.

6. Photo Submissions & Compliance

• All submitted photographs must be original and suitable for official passport use.
• Photos are stored securely for up to 30 days and automatically deleted thereafter. Users can request earlier deletion.
• Users outside the UK and Ireland may only receive digital delivery. Physical print orders are restricted to UK and Ireland addresses.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not upload photographs or content that are illegal, offensive, misleading, copyrighted without permission or that violate the rights or privacy of any individual. Foxly Passport Photo Ltd reserves the right to refuse, remove or decline to process any submission that violates these requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and materials within the app are the property of Foxly Passport Photo Ltd. Users retain ownership of the photographs they submit.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Incorrect or rejected passport photos due to user errors.
• Data loss or unauthorized access beyond our control.
• Government rejection unrelated to our photo processing.

10. Service Availability

While we aim to keep our mobile application available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services. Access to the application may occasionally be restricted or suspended for maintenance, updates or technical reasons beyond our control.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revision date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. By using our service worldwide, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.

13. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, digital passport photo processing delivered via email is non-refundable once the photo has been processed and sent. If a passport photo is rejected due to non-compliance with official requirements, we will assist by reviewing the issue and providing guidance so you can submit a new photo for processing.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the photo they upload meets basic quality standards, including clear visibility of the face, proper lighting and sufficient image resolution. Photos that do not meet these minimum requirements may not produce a compliant passport photo.
• Any requests for additional services, including reprocessing, reprinting or shipping of physical photos, may be offered at our discretion and will be subject to applicable processing and delivery fees.
